PVC letters and numbers

Let’s start with the thinnest and simplest option: letters cut from PVC plastic (polyvinyl chloride). Their thickness depends on the material’s thickness, which can be 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, or 19 mm. The material is typically white, and to achieve a different color, the front surface is covered with colored film, while the side surface usually remains white. However, it can also be painted if desired. There are also colored plastics available (red, blue, yellow, green, black) in thicknesses of 3 and 5 mm. This method of making letters is quite economical.
