Foam Letters - A cool solution for decorating events.

Expanded polystyrene is the cheapest and easiest material to work with for making volumetric letters. Its sizes are almost unlimited. If your project size exceeds the block dimensions, expanded polystyrene can be easily glued.

For making smaller letters (which fit on a sheet size of 500 × 1100 mm), we use a special expanded polystyrene XPS, which does not have the typical “grainy” structure. The achievable thickness can range from 45 to 95 mm.

For making large letters, we use white expanded polystyrene, usually the densest (EPS200). The block size from which a detail can be cut without additional connections and seams is 2000 × 1200 × 600 mm.
