We have not yet made large aluminum-bodied letters without lighting. Most likely because, from a distance, they look exactly like letters made from foam!
However, in principle, we can create three-dimensional letters from aluminum as well: the letter’s body is welded from aluminum and painted with powder coating. If light sources are installed inside such a letter and glass is added on top, it becomes a classic illuminated letter.
