Campaign rules
- To participate in the campaign, you must submit a request through the contact form. The special offer applies only to requests submitted through the contact form.
- The request must include a vector file of the sign and describe your preferences regarding the appearance or production technology of the sign. In any case, if there are any questions, the manager will contact you to clarify the details.
- The special offer is calculated as a 25% discount from the price for an identical sign in the “new client” price category.
- The special offer is valid only for the production of illuminated signs and includes the following products:
- Profiled illuminated boxes
- Routed composite illuminated boxes
- Illuminated letters
- The cost and time for sign installation must be separately agreed upon with the manager.
- The company’s terms and conditions do not apply to signs that are in production or to requests/orders submitted through other information channels.
- The production of the sign may take 2 to 6 weeks. Please confirm the production time with your manager.
- Production times may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment terms: 100% prepayment, or 50% prepayment and the remaining 50% paid after the sign bodies are ready and before the light filling installation begins.
- The warranty for all produced products begins from the moment the sign is handed over to the customer at the manufacturer’s production site.
- You can place an order for a sign and lock the price for up to six months. If the order is canceled, a fee of 30% of the sign’s cost will be charged.
